Please fill out an application All puppy placements are by written agreement. Agreements vary based on the clients intentions : show , working or companion , and if the puppy will be bred in the future or spayed. The gender preference may also have an affect on our agreement. Breeders often use these agreements to help insure that if a puppy that you purchase is to be bred that the years of work developing the breeders bloodline will be guarded and offspring will find loving homes. Breeders want to insure that future generations are of sound body and temperament and that those you have trusted will help cary ethical and responsable breeding into the future. an Also of concern is that the new Rottweilers will be placed in families where they will be loved, understood, cared for and not find their way from owner abandonment to someone who would neglect, or otherwise abuse them. We recognize that there are many full animal shelters of discarded animals. Our desire is to not make the problem any worse and to insure that our breedings will always have a good home. This is the duty of an ethical breeder. We will entertain co-ownership agreements for future breeding environments. To begin the process our clients are required to complete our questionnaire for review. Once received we will evaluate the information and begin discussions to determine if we can insure a sound puppy placement and meet each others objectives and needs .
